The Beaumanor Coach is a very special coach indeed, special not only because it is the only coach on British soil dating from the mid 18th century but also because the original correspondence between coach builder, agent and patron survives. In this talk we will look into this incredible correspondence and explore the coach's importance as a commission and survivor.
